Welcome to the LoCloud Help Desk

As part of the LoCloud Support Centre, we have implemented this help desk so that LoCloud partners can ask questions of the support team about systems and data, including: harvesting, uploading, mapping, ingestion, publishing, Europeana etc.

This help desk uses the popular support ticket system osTicket so that your questions can be directed to the person who is best able to give you an answer. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online, and there is a complete archive and history of all your support requests.

All help desk requests are private and visible only to you and the support staff. You can read more about the operation of the help desk here

If you have a generic question that you would like to share with others, including content partners outside the project, please post it using the questions and answers system.

For an introduction to each of the LoCloud services and applications as well as access to technical and user documentation you may consult the support centre homepage . All you need to do to use this help desk is to register a valid email address.
