What is the difference between the CARARE schema v 2.0.1 and v. 2.0.4 ?

According to the CARARE website there is only version 2.0.1: http://www.carare.eu/eng/Resources/CARARE-Documentation/CARARE-2.0-schema

There are some substantial differencies - in Europeana rights statements and in obligatory fields. I think the 2.0.4 version should be published - 2.0.1 is not up to date. Irena
